- You are allowed to create up to three Resident characters in your first month of active play - after that there is no limit.
- There is no cap on creating Traveller characters, but they cannot stay in Cloudrest for longer than a week of in-game time.
- If Traveller characters decide to stay in town, they become converted to Resident characters and their Backstory sections should be updated accordingly.
- You can update character history with their adventures on the board at any time, but if you wish to retcon anything, ask for mod assistance.
- You can post characters as incomplete if you want to work on them over time! Simply indicate (WIP) in the topic title. Try to complete them as soon as you can, though. Incomplete characters left to sit for more than two weeks without some kind of notice will be locked and retired, though if you return you can ask for them back again.
