Physical Description: True form is a ball of pale ghostly reddish light. She can take human form, in which she looks like a relatively ordinary young girl with light pinkish skin and red-gold hair, but her eyes seem to glow with a weird light if you look into them too long. She can create and wreathe herself in pale reddish flames that glow but don't burn or produce heat. She does not do this in front of people, but if one were to put their hand in one of the fires they would feel like touching dry ice.
Personality: Mischievous, quick-tempered, charming, gregarious, careless, troublemaker. Thrives on drama. Not much hurts a will 'o the wisp, so she is curious and fearless. While not actively malicious, absolutely is the type to do something just to see what would happen, heedless of any other more fragile beings that might be in the vicinity.

Backstory: Though beasts and haunts aplenty roam the thick pinewood and mountain crags surrounding Cloudrest, a will 'o the wisp is a relatively unusual sight, and Folfa prefers it that way. Sure, the company could be fun, and the swamps provided a beautiful atmospheric mist, but how is it possible to do anything with folk who have been warned not to go near the marshlights since they sat on grandfather's knee? Folfa took what she had learnt from her compatriots and moved on. Up here alone in the mountains, she has a great range all to herself, and plenty of lone people on roads through the wilderness to mess around with.
Over the past century or so she has watched with interest as Cloudrest grew up from a simple one-avenue rest stop into a decently sized, bustling town, as more and more folk came to settle and build lives there. While leading hapless travellers a merry dance through the woods is great fun, Folfa has recently taken to trying a new trick - fashioning herself a human form an exploring the town that way. What other mischief could she create?
